We want your experience with Krulle to feel clear and supportive from start to finish. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we are happy to reship the order once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package has been sent out and is not returned to us a partial refund can be issued or re-shipment but additional fees may apply.

Shipping & Transit Times

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the postal service.

Transit times, customs processing, and tracking updates are outside of our control. International orders in particular may take longer than estimated.

If your tracking shows “in transit,” your package is still moving through the system.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue.

We are unable to process claims reported outside of this timeframe.

Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on delivered items.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where a shipment is confirmed damaged, lost by the carrier or cannot be delivered and is returned to us.

Reshipments

If a replacement shipment is approved and sent, it is considered the final resolution.

If a reshipment is sent out, no further refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

At Krulle, we strive to fulfill every order with accuracy and care. However, there are certain circumstances under which we may need to cancel an order. Below are the reasons and conditions under which Krulle reserves the right to cancel an order:

Fraudulent Activity

Krulle has the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to, orders with suspicious billing information, unusual purchasing patterns, or transactions flagged by our payment processing system. If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we will attempt to contact you for verification. If we are unable to verify the order's legitimacy, it will be canceled.

Payment Issues

If there are issues with processing your payment, such as declined transactions or unauthorized payment methods, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, we will notify you immediately so that you can resolve the issue or provide an alternative payment method.

Inventory Availability

While we do our best to keep our inventory updated, there may be rare occasions when an item becomes out of stock after your order has been placed. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory issues, we will cancel the order and promptly notify you. You will be given the option to receive a full refund or choose an alternative product.

Pricing Errors

Krulle reserves the right to cancel orders that are placed due to pricing errors on our website. If an incorrect price is listed due to a technical error or typo, we will cancel the order and inform you of the correct price. You may then choose to reorder the product at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Customer Request

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@krulle.ca. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is in the processing stage or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain orders may be canceled due to shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location due to legal or logistical reasons, we will cancel the order and notify you immediately. You will receive a full refund for any canceled order due to shipping restrictions.

Communication Issues

In cases where we are unable to contact you regarding your order due to incorrect or incomplete contact information, we may cancel the order after reasonable attempts to reach you. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date when placing an order.

Krulle reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website implies acceptance of the updated policy.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Cancellation Due to Delay:

  • We understand delays can be frustrating; however, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded until it is delivered and returned according to our return policy. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@krulle.ca. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Krulle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at service@krulle.ca.
